Courtesy Parking Dead?

This came up yesterday:

As our e-mail asks:
  • Does this include all the special parking courtesies around all the west side churches and Southside churches or the special parking around half dozen of them schools....
What's the reason for all this? And what are the aldercreatures going to say when the "revrunds" start complaining Sunday afternoon?

Father Faker is number #1 anyone in 006 best get some balls and do the legal thing. Fuck this ignorant fake catholic priest and cardinal. These two fools want to bring politics into the church well then they need a public whipping that all politicians deserve. Fuck them “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.” Words spoken by a true murderer who beat a case faster than being in Crook County. HA, HA. “ I didn’t know he was catlic”. LOL

Not to worry.

Them that do pay, will pay.

Them that never pay, never will pay.

Plus, them that never pay get their pissant sized thrill from tossing orange paper in exhilarating defiance of their perceived oppressions.

Political shenanigans......

I used to regularly ticket the double parkers at the original House of Dope on 117th indiana before he built his mega House of Dope off the Calumet Expressway. I knew the DC would take care of them but did it anyways just to aggravate them. I had heavier clout than him though didn't use it until I was becoming a danger to myself, and finally asked for a spot for a few years just to decompress. That took the edge off and then returned to my district. Use what ya got when ya need it. Never waste playing a high card for a small pot. Long retired, so stay safe and stay FETAL.

Good!

"Parking Courtesy" is nothing but a relic
of political appeasement of the barking-mutt
glass block, make-believe clergy.

Let the streets around these "houses of worship"
become free-fire zones for the Revenuers just like
the high tax paying areas of the city.

And if a Copper writes a ticket that begs to be written?

Will that same Copper be threatened/harassed/have his
start time and assignment fucked with in retaliation?

Entertaining times ahead.

"I wanna to/from as to why you..."

After the usual boiler plate disclaimers,
the only other sentence should read:

>See Attached Department Notice<

"GAAHH! That's NOT what WE meant that for
and you know it!"

Make up your fucking minds already.
Either we're allowed to enforce parking
ordinances around these places in the same
manner the Revenue Goons pound the shit out
of tax paying neighborhoods or not.

Look.
Laugh.
Leave.

Laugh again as you keep leaving...

It means that the suckers who spend hours shoveling out a parking spot aren't entitled to it. Kinda like Barry Hussein telling business owners that they didn't build their business. Or that we all belong to government....and since the gubmint built all the businesses, dindu nuffin eis entitled to free shit including parking spots that someone else shoveled out.

I've seen multiple requests for courtesy parking in the C.O. book of several districts. Now they're "reminding" us that courtesy parking is prohibited? Sounds like someone didn't get the parking spot they wanted at a special event, so they decided to complain about someone else getting special treatment. So, if I tell someone they can park illegally for a certain period of time, for whatever reason, absent exigent circumstances, I'm somehow violating this policy? If I choose to use discretion, and not write a ticket when I observe an illegally parked vehicle, am I offering courtesy parking to that vehicle and violating this policy? When I see the next C.O. book notice about courtesy parking around a church, who do I report the violation to? Who takes the hit for the C.O. book notice?

This is all part of the OEMC beef about parking around the stadiums. You'll notice no more courtesy parking for cops around the United Center, Sox Park and Soldier Field. Some cops in the units that cover these locations are taking time for allowing us to park free. But like you say SCC, I certainly hope this includes the churches, schools, and politicians who park wherever they want to.

Remember that talk guy in 14 that ticketed Jodys SUV at some fundraiser at a church on the boulevard. They spanked that guy so hard he had to stay in the lock up for years till Jody left. I know he has that ticket in a frame on the wall. I would have framed it too. Now you want to say that he was right the whole time. Sheesh get your compass straightened out.

I’m sure there will still be spots at every stadium for the exempts and their families. These guys and girls think their royalty. Free prime parking to all events. Any public event also has a reserved section for their families, best seat in the house and away from the peasants. Always has been always will be. But let a couple PO’s park along the street at the United Center hell no. Just another reason to smile at these mfer’s and do little to nothing. All they care about is their next promotion and taking care or their frIends and family.

Years ago I got my ass chewed out by the W/C and later the D/C for writing several parking citations on a Sunday when the good people of the 016th district were in church. Intersections on the side streets were a mess. Low and behold a few weeks later as this parking situation got worse, a residential fire broke out in the mist of all the illegally parked cars. It was so bad the CFD could not turn the corners to respond to the leaping flames and had to back several trucks down several streets to hook up to a hydrant.

I recall as a new fire inspector, I wrote violations for parking under the fire escape
The building management was furious. I said what if you needed to use that escape in a fire? She then explained those are not vehicles from my building, they belong to that building across the street. City Hall LOL!!!
My supervisor told me to leave it alone. I always keep copies of the violations that were kicked back in the event there is a fire death because you are the first one called in.

We’re talking what maybe a dozen or two spots, once or twice a month? How many a day, 40-50?
I remember the Taylor Street parking debacle, Wrigley and Navy Pier.
Even the airports used to give up a spot, not anymore - now reserved just for bosses past and present.

Apparently KimmJongFxxx called on Sink’nTarred Special Ed and ratted out all of those Polices, Retirees and their Families coming to fill the courtrooms early and preventing her late as usual Restorative Justice players from getting in.
Any major trials that may be coming in the near future?

Did “You been served” CR Section8’Arena cry to Rahm to rat out the 31 protesting citizens he didn’t like coming around to his town hall?
What reporter or investigative news team got hammered on a hydrant?

As far as churches go, these are church people that nobody really wants to screw over with a $75 ticket.
BUT what they’re going to be told by the house RevRun about the evil racist police is going to be another topic.

Who’s the Shaky Merit Hack Chickenshit that agreed to this directive?
A snip-snip here, a snip-snip there, it puts the lotion on it’s empty sack like it’s told.

This will pass, but the audacity of the Right Man for the Right Time™️ to bring up an out of control parking situation shows what a clueless fool he is...and he ain’t playin’round, expect discipline to fullest extent of the Rules and Regs.

Stay Fetal.

Sometimes tickets blow off of cars. Double parkers at community events including church are illegal, so are fire hydrants, handicapped spaces and cross walks. Each pose a public hazard. If you don't have the balls to leave the ticket on the car so be it, just "leave it under the wiper" and eventually the boot on their car will remind them not to illegally park at a public gathering.

Deputy Chief S.G. of Detached Services generated said memo. He was made aware that a CPD officer was asking in advance for courtesy parking at the auto show. Steve blew a gasket! If parking around Guaranteed Rate Field (I still call it Comiskey) go to the alderman’s office and ask for a Sox parking sticker then park in Bridgeport and walk about a block to the stadium. It’s good to park in Bridgeport the entire season. I’ve been doing it for years. Give them my brothers address and all they say is, “how many do you need?” They never ask for I.d. You can even get one day parking permits too.

"Carry on my wayward son"; someday you will generate a story worth the effort. "The sky is falling" said chicken little; the apocalypse is upon us; never worry my friends, the Tribune has saved you by unearthing this egregious scam. My God, I can breathe now. After all, I just spent 100$ on my ticket to see the laughable bulls, and thanks to the tribune, there are empty spaces on Wood street. Now, if I can just find a spot in the $20.00 reserved parking lot; which is probably owned and operated by some Alderman's friend or family member.
