Good Question

Where's the casino?

We were just wondering, as were a couple of commentators.

Rahm has money for lawsuits after all.

The new Malcolm 10 "College."

The taxpayer funded "DePaul"
basketball arena even though
DePaul's alumni list has
plenty of big financial hitters
who could have sprung for the damned thing...

We spit when we drive by or near these
accursed monuments to fiscal fuckery.

Rahm...
We hope USAG Sessions is brewing up
something nasty for you.

And if anyone can lose money, it is a Democrat.

Rham loves illegals too... did he borrow another million from the bucket for those people who can not make ends meet to pay their property taxes --- again

When it is determined what beaks will get wet is when the casino will get built. Or maybe Rahm is having a hard time trying to figure out how to keep any of the money going towards the pensions.

You asked, The NYC fool and his boss Ricky Simon are still trying to get a better deal from Rahm to run another criminal enterprise. By the way ! Any sighting of McSlug ?

I said from the beginning that agreeing to any future pension payments that are based on the profits of a casino, IF built, was the most asinine thing that the FOP and CFD unions did. It should be noted that none of the PBPA unions agreed to this debacle, fostered by DA behind closed doors. As a matter of fact the PBPA unions left the pension coalition shortly after this happened.

TD has promised to defend "Chicago Values". Is that difficult to comprehend? Just because his definition of Chicago Values is nore like San Francisco Values isn't wrong is it? Actually TD's values and Sparkle Farts values are far from Chicago Values. They're actually all about giving away free shit in order to gain favor and votes from non productive members of society.

The Casino money will never be used for paying off any debt, there will never be any profit, after all the investors are paid, Daley would never allow it. Sure its for the kids, Daleys kids.

(OT) it is no wonder that people are rapidly leaving the Catholic Church they are leaving in droves look with this idiot Pope is saying now:

Pope Francis attacks conservative Catholics - and Trump?

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2017/08/08/pope-francis-attacks-conservative-catholics-and-trump.html

So it looks like the Catholic Church was pushing for the criminal Hillary Clinton wow just another reason I stopped giving them any money at all then you have Loyola University giving free scholarships to the illegals as we pay more and more our money is being taken away and given the people that did not earn it!

There's one in Hammond, Indiana, just outside the city limits. That's as close to Chicago as we will ever see one.

Hey SCC how about a thread on the summer mobile ext. What is the point of the whole thing? Even our double merit hack retards running the department can't believe it's about reducing crime. I think it's about reducing OT. Everyone sent there is loosing Ot, VRI, Vre. They even send Philthy Phil there to mess with everyone. So what is the point of the whole thing? It's got to be $$$.

Casinos rise and fall with the economy.
Ask Donald Trump.
People in Chicago are broke from the taxes
and crime.
If this were France, retailers would truck the
expired soda to City Hall.

One of the sticking points is that Chicago proposes a casino WITHOUT state supervision! This is insane, giving Rusk yet another license to steal.

Where is the casino? Same place where the so called " State Law" would force the city to fund the pension- Same place where years ago the FOP " forgave" the city from making the proper donation to the pension fund. FOP is so easily manipulated.

This headline says it all about rahms values:Sessions: Sanctuary city Chicago's hostility to law-enforcement protection 'astounding'

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/08/07/sessions-sanctuary-chicagos-hostility-to-law-enforcement-protection-astounding.html

Sessions said the city of Chicago has chosen to protect “criminal aliens who prey on their own residents” instead of enforcing laws meant to protect law enforcement.

Think about how true this statement is, we are not protected we are bastardized by rahm the other elected including the toni&tommy show, the 24/7 dishonest Chicago media, rahm giving the ipra/copa 45% more money, expanded staff who will do their very best reopening old cases against hard working street coppers and try hard to disparage them, charge them, suspend them! the "new kids on the block" are all eager to make a name for themselves to completely throw coppers under every bus/train! Their training to work undercover to catch coppers:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrvzPyfTop8

They we cannot forget the sweet contract given to Joey ferguson (I can't find cheaters)he declares no cheating on lytenanats exam and shazam big contract and more personnel gee wally how does that work? the war against police is on stay fetal keep your job-freedom-family-freedom work and lose it all and then as you sit you will say "was being super cop worth it" rehearse that now in your head and this will help ahead of time!

Betting our pensions on a " futuristic" casino? Now ,that's what I call serious gambling! When and where will they start building? Will they put it in an place like the old post office? Will it make a profit? How much profit will trickle into the pension fund? This sounds like complete 💩.this is a diversion. Waiting for a casino while the pension fund goes bankrupt.let the city fill our pension and let them put the"risk" on the casino idea.

The outfit is still negotiating their cut to divvy up between the street crews. After that is complete the casino will be full steam ahead.

City hall has been and always will be the casino.
Only the house wins.

Now if it's a matter of who has the land deed where this proposed casino is to be erected, you'll have to wait until ShortShanks is buried.
Com Ed already has the underground feeds laid, which was part of the Northerly Island venue after the 2003 destruction of Meigs Field.
Then there's the McPier which is expanding at taxpayer expense.
There's also a behind the curtain powwow going on for control between the preferred professional casino outfitters and investors.
The Gaming Board is not welcomed here due to their brand of regulation.
This has been going on since the early 90's.

Illinois can't run a simple ping pong ball and scratcher Lottery.
Chicago can't run a school system despite the +$490 million in annual property gov'mint revenues.

Anyone still think a taxpayer funded casino will be a DePaul Slam Dunk pension funding cash cow?

Sanctuary First.
(if the City is considering the '606' as a possible location, Moreno-Maldonato LLC [limited liability crooks] has some abandoned railroad property up for bid)

When the state first legalized casinos, Richie Daley started talking about one. Hilton on Michigan Ave. upgraded their largest banquet room in the lower level in anticipation of installing slot machines. Circus-Circus, Bally's and Hyatt, then independent companies approached City Hall to pitch their case for a management contract for a hotel based casino and slot machines at O'Hare. It apparently sounded too legitimate and way too regulated. Nothing happened as the city reeled toward fiscal insolvency and bankruptcy. The state okayed poker and slot machines in bars, restaurants through out the state. None in Chicago where licensing fees alone could impact the budget.

A casino in Chicago and Illinois would suck anyway because the gambling laws in Illinois prohibit big poker tournament payouts like the Heartland Poker Tour!

That is why the HPT, Midwest Poker Tour, WSOP, bypasses all Illinois casinos!

Then again drive to Indiana and while your over there do all of your shopping in Indiana rather than Preckwinkles Crook County!

Big Super Walmart in Indiana I-94, exit 2 next to Cabelas to buy ammo and guns!

The trucks are headed to the site already, blah, blah. Either I went blind and don't know it yet or it doesn't exist to be seen.

Teachers must pay their 9% pension , take a pay freeze . Tax payers cannot afford another tax increase to give them a pay raise .
CPS could hire a room monitor at half the pay and babysit the children while they are taught by a teacher from Winettka via live streaming on a television screen . Then who can they blame , some teachers , different class of students .
