Again, Not Guilty
- A Baltimore judge acquitted the police officer facing the most serious charges in the death of Freddie Gray on Thursday, delivering a broad rebuke of a case that he said lacked evidence.
Officer Caesar Goodson Jr., 46, drove the transport van in which Gray sustained fatal injuries. He is the second officer cleared in the high-profile case. Four other officers could still face trial.
After an eight-day bench trial, Circuit Judge Barry Williams found Goodson not guilty on charges that included second-degree depraved-heart murder and three counts of manslaughter.
This was the top charged officer - and if the prosecution couldn't prove this one, there's pretty much no hope for the rest. A railroad job, through and through, but essential to the liberal narrative of a nationwide police problem. You can tell because neither Chicago paper had this on their main pages a few hours ago.

Some media have actually called his opponent, Kim Foxx, the State's Attorney elect. I'm sure that her sponsor, Toni Prickwrinkle, wishes that Foxx was the SA Elect. Why shouldn't we vote for Foxx - she is another Mosby (the Baltimore SA) just waiting to announce police indictments on the Friday morning newscasts. Don't give Prickwrinkle more power!

She wants to remove the word force from law enforcement. Good luck seeking compliance without any element of force. Some of us know all too well that force must be part of the equation for those who refuse to follow the law (and not resist when being arrested.). Let's see how her role plays out. Maybe they'll dump Gugliemi and put her in charge of the CPD Media Circus.

The first time i saw his name was on the ballot for republican(uncontested), this is the second.
If he continues on this campaign strategy Kim Fox is going to be the SA.
Same thing will happen in the Van Duke case. The SA office only charged him with one charge. That charge requires proving intent. No way they can prove intent because that would mean they have some proof that Van Duke came to work that day saying he would kill someone. They fucked up to appease the masses. Let me tell you about another case that doesn't fit thr narrative.
On that same day in sleepy Southeast Colorado an officer was convicted of second degree murder by a jury of 12 for an on duty shooting of a skateboarder.
But, since litterally every single officer and investigator who worked that case did their job and determined the case should go to a jury, for the right reasons....crickets.
First murder conviction for an officer nationwide in years and it's not reported because the poloice policed their own.
Doesn't fit the narrative so it can't be true.
