2-6 by the Bye Week, 5-11 overall. Someone get a hold of $10 Grand's bank book so he doesn't end up in the poor house, or "sleeping with the fishes".

"Off week"???

I believe they are called "bye weeks" in the NFL.

That's all I have to bitch about tonight.

I wish them the best and I hope they are 7-1 by the OFF WEEK.

Chances are, they will be more like 4-4 and if they are, I won't be watching the second half of the season.

What is the psychology of the Chicago fan? You should NOT be investing time in watching losers every year. Maybe that has an effect on the overall city attitude.

Watching perennial losers is a waste of time. Rooting for a team like the Cubs, year after year?

Put that time into something else that is more rewarding.

Just a thought.

Tampa Bay, Miami, and New Orleans coming here for the cold weather.

Wouldn't it be better for the Bears and their fans to travel to those party cities when it's cold up here?

And they call me a knucklehead.

Could it be that this is the year the Bears will go all the way to the top? We need to all get out there and cheer them on to victory. There are few like them.

Hopefully 11-5 will be good enough for the playoffs.

With Cutler as QB? I say they are way below .500 at the end of the season. They should of traded cutler when they got rid of that moron Lovie.

The Bears will be better than last year, but still won't be good enough. 8-8 at best. If they make the playoffs they will be out in the first round.

Da Bears will be 5-3 going into the bye week, finish at 11-5. They'll split with Green Bay (home/home) and take two each from Minn & Detroit. They'll win the Division and get a bye in week one of playoffs.

Annnnd on Sun, Nov. 23 they will TROUNCE Lovie & his Tampa Bay Bucs. Da Bears will put the hurt to them, big -- REALLY BIG!, like... 46-13! Cutler will throw for 400+ yds and every Bears WR will have two TD's! ... at least.

McCown will play good but get pulled early by Lovie in Da Bears huge blowout win. :-)

Go Bears!

Die hard Packer fan here. Don't fret Bear freaks. The Pack and the Motor City Kitties have just about the same schedule.

It comes down to when and where you play them.
And injuries. And roster depth.

Marshall, Jeffries and Forte have to stay healthy.
10-6 may take the NFC North.

This makes sense, for a outdoor northern venue.

First 8 games (Sept and Oct) only 3 at home when weather is favorable.

Last 8 games 5 at home with 3 in Dec and two of those at night.

Without a Cutler injury, that's a 10 - 6 schedule with the Quaterback whisperer. If everything works and key pieces stay healthy it could go as high as 12 - 4.
